Getting to Tofino, Pacific Rim From Nanaimo, BC, Canada

• Once on Vancouver Island Travel north from Nanaimo, BC on Highway 19 for 43 kilometers (26 miles) toward Qualicum Beach, BC Canada.
• Take exit 4 onto Highway 4 known as the Pacific Rim Highway.
• Travel west on Highway 4 for 156 kms (97 miles) towards Port Alberni, Vancouver Island. This might be a good spot to fill your gas tank.
  

Continue west on Highway 4 from Port Alberni to Tofino - Ucluelet junction. Turn right toward Tofino, BC, Canada. After passing through the Pacific Rim National Park for 29 kms (20 miles). Turn left on Craig Road exactly 0.8 kms (or 0.5 miles) past Pacific Sands Resort.
