TERMS and CONDITIONS:

Payment Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your accommodation reservation.
Upon receipt of the deposit, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival at our Tofino Rental Cabin.
Once final payment is received you will receive our brochure with information about our self catering home to help you with your travel plans. We accept Visa, MC, Email Interac Deposit or cheque.

Damage/ Security Deposit

$250.00 Damage Deposit is required. It is held  on Credit Card on the day of your arrival.
This is a No Smoking home. Any evidence of smoking will forfeit your Damage Deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund with 30 days notice less a 1 night charge.
Accommodation cancellation with less than 30 days notice will forfeit the total payment.
